Return Policy

1. General provisions

1. These return conditions apply to all purchases at another view.
2. All returns must be in original condition and packaging.
3. Returns must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
4. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and reduction in value if item is not returned in original condition.

2. Wrong or damaged items

1. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we ask that you contact me at info@joinanotherview.nl within 48 hours of receipt.
2. This item does not need to be returned and you may keep it.
3. After contact, we will send a replacement item or arrange a refund if necessary.

3. Refunds

1. If you have approved a return, I will arrange a refund within 7 business days.
2. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to make the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
