Terms and Conditions webshop
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from another view. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Orders and Payments
1.1. By placing an order, you are entering into a binding contract to purchase the item.
1.2. All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
1.3. Payments can be made via iDeal, and payment must be made in advance.

2. Delivery
2.1. We strive to ship your order as soon as possible upon receipt of payment.
2.2. Estimated delivery time is listed with the item, but this is only an estimate and not a guarantee.
2.3. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the delivery service.

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.2. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless it is an incorrect or damaged item.

4. Ownership and Risk
4.1. Ownership of the items passes to the customer upon full payment.
4.2. The risk of loss or damage to the items passes to the customer at the time of delivery.

5. Warranty
5.1. We guarantee that our items are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
5.2. Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt of the item.
5.3. Warranty handling is done in accordance with current legislation.

6. Liability
6.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our items.
6.2. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Personal information provided while placing an order is kept confidential and used only for processing and shipping your order.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All intellectual property rights related to the items and content on my webshop remain with me.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
9.1. These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
9.2. Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement if possible.
